Let’s learn how to eat and prepare foods that provide the energy we crave.

The simplest way to take actions every day to heal or harm our health often starts with what we let pass our lips. In designing a food therapy map, I meet people where they are in their relationship to food.,

Reclaiming our bodies and re-defining body image by building relationships to food is eco-activism at its finest.

Together, we focus on pathways that build relationships to foods that nourish the individual’s bodily needs and pleasure

Someone seeking a life of privileged health and wealth is bound to invest in food as their powerful ally.

Food should provide a sense of brightness in our bodies with a sense of grounding and comfort. How, what, when, and where we eat all constitute the energetic feedback we receive from what we consume.

FOOD SUSTAINS LIFE

We do not keep our main focus on calories, carbs and labels but rather the thermal qualities of foods and the medicinal actions of plants and animals when consumed. We examine foods to be sure they are the right medicine at the current time to give the vitality (Qi) to connect to the present moment and those around us.

Here’s how I help you align through Food Therapy:

I provide individualized diet and nutrition guidance based on Traditional Asian Food Therapy philosophy in a nutritional guidance session. This philosophy on eating looks at both the energetics of foods and the nutritional profile.

I believe our health hinges on our relationship with food and nourishment and finding the right foods for our constitution and lifestyle. I invite you to embark on the voyage of deepening your relationship to earth via the feast of your fork.

** For those individuals who struggle with 'The edges of hunger we keep private,’ I invite you to join me in the circle of being reminded of the importance of food that unites us with our bodies, with the earth, and with each other.

I’ve been going to Sarah Smith for several years now.
I find Sarah to be a very gifted, knowledgeable, compassionate, and intuitive healer. I always walk away from a treatment with a greater understanding of myself and my body.
